I'm an Associate Clinical Social Worker committed to creating a safe place for adults looking to improve their lives. I believe that therapy is a collaborative practice that empowers individuals to make positive changes toward their goals.

In the therapy room, I use a client-centered approach and incorporate strength-based and mindfulness approaches. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have been in the field of social work for ten years, helping individuals access resources for a successful future. My training and experience have focused on individuals with acute and chronic trauma.
