Contact us to discuss fees for the services we offer. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify.
Cancellations of appointments already made must be informed with at least 24-hour notice. A 20% charge will be applied for no-shows or late cancellations.
PPO Plans accepted with pre-approval
Scan the QR Code or send payment through Venmo free app. You can also pay for therapy using a credit card through our PayPal portal below.
